Students from Anderson Secondary school were attached to Prof Budiman’s group to learn how to create solar PV modules under the Student-Mentorship Programme (SMP) with Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore. With the help of Sasi, Vincent and Ana, they got a taste of life as researchers – soldering, laminating and making their own modules and performing experiments on them.
They presented their research findings in the form of a poster presentation during the Youth Science Conference (YSC) on 17 Sept 2016. They received Distinction award for their project with our group on the SMART PV bots.
Congrats team!
